Personal Online Banking Services: Upgrade and Make-Over
Mission eBanking online banking services have been upgraded with a new look, easier functions and some new features.
- Quick Pay Zone – you can pay bills right from your new personal online banking home page
- eAlerts – set up to receive email or text alerts about your account activity
- Spending Reports – organizes your expenses automatically
- Popmoney® is a fast and secure person-to-person (P2P) payment service that lets you send and receive money directly from your bank account
- Bill Pay is still free
- External Transfers – transfer funds to and from your accounts at other financial institutions
- Extended account history – up to 18 months of account activity is available online, starting with your January 2013 transactions
- Real-time account information
- Export your account information to financial management software, such as Quicken®
Once you login, check to see that all of your accounts are displayed and your personal information and preferences are set up properly.
First Time Login
If you have not yet enrolled for Mission eBanking online banking services, click “First Time Login” on and complete the first-time user information:
- Account number
- Security question and answer
- Password: enter the last four numbers of your Social Security Number (also referred to as a TIN)
- You will be prompted to change your Password after your first login
Bill Pay Users
If you use our free online Bill Pay service, there are no changes to your payees and payment history. Bill Pay customers will automatically have access to the Popmoney® person-to-person payment service; the fee for Popmoney is $0.50 per transaction, for any dollar amount.
Customers enrolled for online banking automatically have access to external transfers of funds to and from your accounts at other financial institutions. There is a $2 charge per external transfer.
