Important Information About Procedures for
Opening a New Account or Loan

In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act signed October 26, 2001 and to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Mission Community Bank is required to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or loan. When you open an account or loan, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. In all cases protection of our customer’s identity and confidentiality is the Bank’s pledge to you.
