Branch Administrator

The Branch Administrator initiates, researches, implements and maintains policies, procedures and regulations that relate to branch management, operations and new accounts. Acts as resource for branch management for operational, new accounts, legal and compliance issues. Measures branch production, compliance and staff expertise and makes appropriate recommendations. Observes and provides assistance to improve the workflow as it relates to the daily branch responsibilities. Responsible for training branch staff in all areas of branch and operations activities. Manages various branch related programs, including the teller and new accounts systems. Provides back-up support to branch management and acts as liaison between Operations Administration and branches. Responsible for delivery of high quality service to customers.

Develop and implement effective performance department goals and objective.Two years of college level courses or equivalent work experience and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional and supervisory work experience in Cashier and/or Operations Administration within the banking industry. Relationship Officer - Food & Agribusiness

This position develops and manages agribusiness loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provide maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk. Increase deposit relationships with existing and potential customers. Responsible for calling on new and prospective customers to promote additional business for the Bank. Analyze and underwrite loans and successfully present credits to management. Analyze, document, structure the credit facility and terms of loans. Provide high level of customer service at all times. Develop new deposit accounts and loans while managing existing loan portfolio.
Graduation from a four-year university or college or equivalent work experience and minimum five years of progressively responsible professional and supervisory work experience in food and agricultural lending. Excellent analytical skills and underwriting ability. Senior Banking Assistant

This position serves as the Senior Banking Assistant to the Commercial Banking Officers, Branch Manager and/or Region Manager. Provide assistance with the processing of more complex applications, review, and approval of agricultural, commercial, real estate, and consumer loans, leases, ACH credit, credit card commitments, and merchant services. Coordinate and/or open depository and cash management services. Assist with the scheduling of appointments and answering of phone calls. Interface with customers on behalf of management. Serve as the key trainer to other Banking Assistants. Provide a high level of customer service and serve as Notary Public.
Graduation from high school or equivalent and a minimum four years of experience in banking, note department and/or loan processing operations. Knowledge of bank lending and operational functions. Excellent skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs. Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations. Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties. This position develops and manages complex commercial and real estate loan accounts that meet established lending requirements and provides maximum profitability to the bank at minimum risk. Responsible for calling on new and prospective customers to promote new and additional business for the Bank. Responsible for achieving specific goals. Acquires, expands, manages and retains an assigned portfolio of business relationships. Actively pursues and follows-up on new and existing customers to retain and expand relationships. Monitors portfolio and maintains tickler system to provide periodic financial reviews consistent with loan agreements.Ensure that current documentation is in file.
Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Two to six years experience in commercial, consumer and real estate lending. Strong credit, analytical, sales and business development skills. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and meet time lines. Ability to lead others in managing tasks, train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to maintain a variety of complex and confidential files and records.
